Big "Ham Slam" Cat....Ham

Get a Firm bone-in ham. Not squishy - firm


Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees


In a mixing bowl combine:

Dijon mustard, Pure maple syrup (No high fructose corn syrup)

Water and Cinnamon


Coat ham completely and sear uncovered for 10 minutes


Reduce heat to 175 degrees or lower if spiral cut ham directions indicate a lower temperature - cover in aluminum foil


Cook for 15 minutes or so per pound


Reglaze ham halfway through and if necessary, 30 minutes before it is done


Let it rest before carving


Pineapple chunks are optional


Enjoy the ham slam!
