Quinoa tortillas (healthy and gluten free) or regular flower tortillas
Fried egg
One piece of bacon or turkey bacon
A scoop of refried beans
Cilantro
Salsa
Cook the bacon and fry the egg.
Warm the tortilla in a fry pan and add the egg, bacon, refried beans, salsa and cilantro.
Fold flat as shown and wrap with the napkin.
