Varga Varga California Breakfast Burrito

A great breakfast burrito that won’t stuff your face. Perfect morning breakfast for sleepovers.

  • Quinoa tortillas (healthy and gluten free) or regular flower tortillas

  • Fried egg

  • One piece of bacon or turkey bacon

  • A scoop of refried beans

  • Cilantro

  • Salsa


Cook the bacon and fry the egg.

Warm the tortilla in a fry pan and add the egg, bacon, refried beans, salsa and cilantro.

Fold flat as shown and wrap with the napkin.
