T-Bones Walleye

  • Fresh walleye from a high-end grocery store in your area. Don't buy cheap fish.

  • Heat your fry pan to medium heat

  • Add your EVOO, a chopped Shallot and butter

  • Season the fish with Pepper, Cajun seasoning, paprika on both sides

  • Put it in the pan.

  • Add a little white wine and almond slices.

  • Cook until firm and flakey, but not too long. About 5 min. per side.

Serve with your favorite rice. I use this rice because it's fast and easy....like me.
